Ekene dili Chukwu - Thanks be to God

Ekene dili Chukwu is the name of a luxury transport service in Nigeria that normally takes travellers between South Eastern and South Western Nigeria. It was problably chosen by the late owner as a result of his faith in God and his believe that God should be thanked in all things. Ekene dili Chukwu is an Igbo phrase which means "Thanks be to God" and it ia actually a good thing that people never exclude God even in their businesses.

Ndigbo are a deeply religious people and it is probably because of their closeness to God that makes them to be successful in all their endeavour as they control a major part of Nigeria's economy and are the driving force behind small scale industries, banking, real estate and transportation industries.

When God touches people, he makes them successful and opens doors for them and this is also probably why they have a more stable family system that makes them one of the three major tribes in Nigeria.

For what reason should you say Ekene dili Chukwu? Well, you could start thanking him for your life and later on thank him for your parents and brothers and sisters, friends and relations. You should thank God for revealing himself to you, thank him for being a Christian, for his miracles, for the body and blood, for salvation and eternal life you are destined to inherit. Thank God for time, thank him for education, thank him for the prayers he has answered.
God is sad that we don't thank him always so make it a duty to say Ekene dili Chukwu more often.

If there is anything you are lacking that you need, thank God for it for he has already sent it, only for you to believe and receive it and you should remember that Jesus said,"Your heavenly Father knows that you need these things". Just thank him first
